Thanks to MySA, they scooped that an 1.5 Million Renovation/Alteration is in the works under the name “New Project”, it will take up 3,000 sqft of space, & that started in December and end on March

TDLR TABS - Project Details

The DC Universe project that STILL under construction cost 1.5 Million

I’m stumped on what it could be: restaurants upgrades, infrastructure upgrades, an attractions getting the ‘Poltergeist’ treatment, or possibly (unlikely) an new attraction

I don’t think you’d understand how much I’d lose my mind if Iron Rattler actually got a layout extension

Enter the Beast’s Domain

Your adventure starts at the themed courtyard, complete with eerie sights and sounds to set the tone. At the heart of Chupacabralies a chilling, stone-carved sculpture of the beast itself. Travelers beware, the monster’s glowing red eyes seem to follow you, casting long shadows as dusk falls. Haunting howls echo throughout the area, teasing the bold who dare to enter its lair.

Approaching the ride’s portal, ominous warnings greet you, carved into wooden signs that caution riders to “Beware the Chupacabra!” Below, claw marks slash across the frame, hinting at the creature’s power.

As you step into the queue, clawed footprints etched into the concrete lead you into the beast’s domain. The anticipation grows as you ascend the stairs to the loading platform, the echoes of an ominous musical score growing louder.

The beast is near. Are you ready to ride?

A Story That Follows You to the Finish

The theming doesn’t stop when the ride does. As your train returns to the station, a final ghostly howl bids farewell to those who survive the Chupacabra’s fury. Six Flags Fiesta Texas will be adding elements throughout the ride experience like landscaping and additional props to heighten the overall theme. Outside in the courtyard, riders will be surrounded by glimpses of the beast’s mysterious world.

Why Riders Can’t Miss Chupacabra

It’s not every day you come face-to-face with a mythological creature, especially one as legendary as the Chupacabra. This new addition to Six Flags Fiesta Texas isn’t just a rollercoaster; it’s a fun immersive experience that combines storytelling, design, and legendary Texas folklore.

For theme park enthusiasts, families seeking thrills, or locals looking for a fresh adventure, Chupacabra is a must-ride attraction that promises to redefine what it means to conquer a coaster.

The legend awaits. IMG_4493.jpeg

Let's not forget that this isn't the end of many enhancements and upgrades at the park. Over 1.5 million dollars is going into improving the park. This Six Flags park deserves it, as it is one of the most prettiest Six Flags parks out of the other ones and the strongest one at that.

Hopefully they can turn things around at Six Flags Over Texas. Last time I went, it wasn't that fun. Felt very old and gross.
