I was wondering about that because it obviously wouldn't be normal for Cedar Fair to release concept art two years in advance, assuming that's where it's coming from. I was legit starting to worry that this would be the indirect Volcano replacement because something of this scale would get better returns at Wonderland than KD. But tension is releasing from me now knowing there's doubt to this rumor.Where is the concept art coming from? Park surveys? If so, is there some reputable source on those with the full images? When did these surveys go out? He's talking about the guest survey like it's a current thing but then also claiming a coaster has been picked? His evidence for that just seems to be survey markings?
Speaking of those survey markings, his claims about them are wrong. They're not a sure sign a flat ride or roller coaster is being built–they are sure signs that someone is designing something for the site. The jump from designing something to building something is very significant.
Overall, survey markers are great to see and I'd be curious to know where those bits of concept art he flashed on the screen are coming from. Other than that though, this video is full of a lot of a lot of huge claims with very little actual evidence or citation.
It seems like CW is eyeing a new project potentially related to the mountain...

you’re saying this like the wing coaster at KD isn’t going to be a great ride tooIt's absolutely hilarious that Canada's Wonderland is getting 2 Volcano 2 Blast Coaster while the park that originally had it is getting a wing coaster instead.

Walls go all around Wonder Mountain, from Fly to the Extreme Skyflyer plot. This is a massive area for the coaster. AmusementInsiders seems to think there's Intamin top hat footers in progress near Fly, but I don't trust them enough yet.
not to bring up drama here but can we please not use amusement insiders as a source, he's a creep and a horrible person.
