So, for most of this year, one of the older raft slides, know as “Omaha Rocker” has been closed, it and its sister slides are… aging to say the least. Now, I’m not suggesting they’ll be demolished or anything, more so, like the recent projects, it’ll be retro fitted, repainted and debuted as a “new” experience. As of now, there are no permits or even whispers about this project actually happening, rather this is one of the only slides that hasn’t been repainted or refurbished to the bright and vibrant colors most of Aquatica has now

A YouTuber called tube rides have recent videos of Omaha rocker was refurbished with no longer having the bumps on the slide

They may not be able to buy one— both Volcano Bay and Typhoon Lagoon have them. The manufacturers may have exclusivity clauses with those parks which prohibits competitors from installing them.

I seriously doubt that. There are tons of ProSlide/WWW models that are installed at either Disney/Universal and SeaWorld
 
Yes, but certain designs may have exclusivity clauses, just like B&M does. Manufactures and parks do this to try and protect their investments.
