Sourcing is sketchy, but the photo looks somewhat convincing to my eyes upon first glance.
They didn't spell quarantine correctly...also questioning the 'went to collect a check' part. (that's without clicking on too much detail) And as the thread points out, no real transfer track location and a comment on the water mark being wrong. Now I've never personally seen a township or city put their water mark on someone else's plans like that and snooping around the website for the City of Eureka was unfruitful in trying to find any public plans to confirm if that was the case in other plans or not.
