Weird to me that there's more clearing for an area where the coaster won't be, than where the coaster is supposed to be over towards the right. I'm hopeful for this project, simply because it seems to be the family oriented coaster SWO has needed for a while.

Well, IF there are plans for future development in this area then it makes sense to get the land how you want it now rather than tearing up things later. I'm not saying that I think there are, just IF the master plans include flats for this area after 2021 then prep now while you have the equipment available.

Either that or the focus groups are like "THE GENERAL PUBLIC LOVES BURNT ORANGE"
