Well this is still significant for the park. CF is completely ignored it for over a decade. I would love to see CF give these smaller parks the attention they deserve.
I also think this is the right attention for MA as it never had a formal kids are at all, just a sprinkling of kids rides throughout the park.
Now the question is did they just remove ALL of their existing kids rides and consolidate them into a new Camo Snoopy area or are these new rides to supplement the existing children's rides in the park?
Quick side note, I noticed the release just recycled photos from Carowinds Camp Snoopy. Not a surprise really SixFlags does this all the time.
I think that kids areas are over rated. When you have kids with you it’s nice when the rides are all over the park so that they can do stuff while the big kids are busy.
On the flip side, for a family visiting just with little kids, it’s probably way more convenient and enjoyable to be able to go from ride to ride in one place, rather than trekking through the park hunting for rides.
This is where BGW does a great job. Having 5 kids ages 9 months to 13 years, a couple of kids areas with some other kids rides interspersed throughout the park is the way to go. Older kids want to ride Apollo, no problem my 5 year ond can ride elephant run. Want to take a small break. Go to LotD and let the older ones walk to Alpie.
