I KNEW Grand Carnivale would be a GRAND success! I wonder if the timing of Carowinds’ event will make Kings Dominion have their Carnivale later in the calendar. I think it would be most efficient for CF to start the parade at Carowinds and then send the floats to KD and then send them again to Dorney Park like they did this season.

That looks so...……...so fun. Like I would love to experience that attraction. Probably a great adrenaline rush going head first through all those twists and turns, it compliments a waterpark lineup really well, especially one that just removed TWO high capacity major attractions it had very recently...…………..sigh

Tornado really wasn’t high capacity either. Plus, Big Wave Bay was open, what, 20% of the time when it was still around anyway, so I don’t get the complaint.

I am bitter that Carowinds got a mat racer slide and we got an attraction that provides no benefit to single people like me with no children. That is effectively my complaint.

That’s fair, but I was pointing out that your initial complaint was based on a false premise.

Well I don't know I thought ProSlide Tornadoes were high capacity and Big Wave Bay was open more than it actually is. I don't check all these things.

Anyway the Boogie Board Racer should increase the overall value of an experience at Carowinds!

I just want to give a warning to those of you who might, like me, be overweight and out of shape. I rode the equivalent at Hershey Park a few weeks ago and I'm still suffering for it. During one of the turns there was quite a bit of force pushing me down. I was on my elbows and I felt a twinge of pain on the left side of my chest. Then later I felt it on my side and back too. I'm still feeling it and that first week it was really bad. Seems that a forward facing on your stomach ride like this is not made for me. Yes, yes, I need to get in much better shape. Just don't say I didn't warn you. I'll never ride it again even if I get in shape. I don't trust it now!

I have no issues on slides where you're on your back (or in a tube).
