Cedar Point is about to celebrate its 150th season as part of a two-year celebration (CF sure seems to like those, huh?). They begin writing the next chapter tomorrow at 2pm!

EDIT: Cedar POINT! Not Cedar Fair! Lol.

Pessimistic: The pencil is pointing upwards. That means the eraser is down. That means something big is being removed.

Optimistic: That's a #2 wooden pencil.

My prediction is a series of smaller updates to the park that will likely be throwbacks to the park’s history. Very similar to Kings Dominion’s 40th Anniversary Celebration. If anything big happens, it will likely be in 2020.

RMC Dinosaurs Alive

The Director of Communications at Cedar Point just tweeted that the announcement will likely bring more questions than answers.... now I’m intrigued.

Well, Cedar Point is getting rid of Dinosaurs Alive and putting in a new interactive attraction called Forbidden Adventure on Adventure Island, which sounds similar to the Ghost Town attraction at Knotts.
