From The Economic Times--talks are seemingly underway for a brand new venture from Universal Destinations & Experiences in the heart of a major Indian project that would be accompanied by a new megamall structure. The structure would be nearby the Delhi airport, as the facility in question would be 300,000 square feet for UDX to work with.

It is not clear what would be the project, if it'd be a Universal Kids or a Horror Unleashed; but it does seem they are trying to figure something out.

Happy they're looking into new avenues of expansion - UK and India, Frisco and Vegas. If someone had said anything other than "China" or "Dubai" ten years ago, it would have been laughed off as a joke.

Really hoping Seatac is part of that list of out of pocket locations. Genuinely think the PNW is untapped in what could truly be up here--especially with the lack of competition (Especially if they go indoors like what should be getting done for India).

I wonder if UDX accepts, if they go for a multi-level approach as opposed of a Nick Universe element. Staggering the building to have multiple floors with themed environments.
