This would be my ideal layout to maximize SWSA existing property. Included is some of the current developments happening in the area.
A big negative for me with this park is right outside the gates and what could’ve been. Once envisioned by the city to be a mixed use neighborhood with the center points being SeaWorld and a nearby community college (Focus Areas) This has sadly not happened and the land set to be developed is now massive data centers and car centric sprawl. The only realistic restaurant in walking distance is a McDonald’s.
