Park Management

I think it is widely agreed upon by most people on these forums, that park management has been going downhill recently. So, I thought I would create a thread to talk about both what's wrong with the park management, and what they are doing right. Please note that this thread is not in any way meant to be used to "attack" anyone. I am still currently thinking about how to appropriately state my opinions on the matter, but in the meantime, I would love to see other people's opinions on this matter.

With all the flaws, I like entertainments special events. Yes, I don't like how there is no regular season anymore, and one is Very cheesy, but I always end up having a good time at them. Love F&WF, somewhat Illuminights, HOS, and CT! I could live without one ( as could most of us, do I need to say which? ) but I love the ideas.

I like the concept behind the special events, and the park has shown they can pull off successful events, they just have on small problem with one of them. Either way, I think most management is doing the best they can do with what they have to work with. I'm sure some are not all easy to work with.
