Park Announces Epic Deal to Promote Pet Adoptions

The park announced a special deal where two tickets are given out to those who adopt an animal from two local shelters.

Pretty fantastic. I know the park has advocated for adoption over breeders in the past with Pet Shennagins, but this is just fantastic.

I think it's a great idea. I think they should expand it into all the "locals' areas maybe from Virginia Beach up to Richmond. Maybe move it around to whatever shelters have the most animals at the moment.

Agreed.

Hopefully they've put measures and obstacles in place to prevent spur-of-the-moment or ill-considered adoptions just for the sake of obtaining BGW passes.

Another thought is for the park to provide passes or perks to those who donate certain amounts to animal care facilities or to BGW's own animal preservation efforts.
