RE: Project 2013: Outlaw

According to the leaked info the ride will have a top speed of 68 mph, making it the second fastest wooden coaster in the world. This means the drop will be around 150-160 feet, at 81 degrees. mmmmmmmm

Yes this will be an actual wooden coaster. RMC will be using their topper track for the building of Outlaw instead of the I-Box track that was used on New Texas Giant.

Rocky Mountain Coaster's Website
which displays both the topper track and the I-Box track. Just scan over the TT and the IB, and you'll see the differences.

RE: Project 2013: Outlaw

Apparently so. I knew we could expect something great from Rocky Mountain Coasters, but they've taken the game to a whole new level.

a woodie with OTSRs?

I sure hope not. Does anyone know what kind of history S&S (rumored train manufacturer last I read) has with restraints on inverting coasters?

RE: Project 2013: Outlaw

Most of them still have shoulder restraints though, don't they? I guess the newest one at Warner Bros. Movie World doesn't though.

That picture is insane. Rocky Mountain Coasters is insane. Silver Dollar city is insane.

In completely unrelated news, I need to go to Missouri.
