Why is that the park opens up at 9am but hardley anything is open or operating until after 10. Got there this morning and all i kept hear from park employees was this dont open up until 10 or this doesnt open until 11 or 12. Why open the park early at 9 if little to nothing is actually open.

It's like that everyday. The "official" opening time is 10:00, but England usually opens around 9:15, Scotland around 9:30-9:45, everything else between 10-11.
yeah its like that when park hours say that it opens at 10. But according to the BG website, all spring break the park opens at 9. However, things are still not opening until 10.
