Fair, but weren't we seeing new attractions annually when BGW was "better"?

Walked into the Festhaus and caught the last half of the show. The first thing I noticed was that the sound was vastly improved. The vocals were nice and clear and there wasn't that bass muddiness to it. While watching there was a guy next to me who was an employee and we started talking after the show. He said they hired a new sound engineer for the show and he made a lot of changes. He said he found some of equipment was wired wrong and he corrected the sound so it was clearer. I said I could tell and really appreciated change and he said he'd pass the compliment along to the new engineer.

I've hated shows in the Festhaus for YEARS because of the crappy audio. Maybe I'll try it again now!

Didn't know where to put this, but is "OktoberZest" getting an actual oompah band for once or is this a sign of a new show/old show returning in Das Festhaus coming in 2025? This is quite curious. But if the park is getting a B&M Family Invert heavily themed to The Big Bad Wolf, then it would make sense that they're bringing back "This Is Oktoberfest!" as an addition for the 50th anniversary. I welcome this change wholeheartedly.

I'm crossing my fingers hard for the return of "This Is Oktoberfest!", a show that has not played in Das Festhaus since 2014. It's been way too long IMO.
I think this is literally one of the best realistic things to hope for from the 50th. Of all the things to wish for, bringing back This Is Oktoberfest would be such an easy thing for the park to do and cash in on nostalgia points. It’s a layup.

Exactly, and with Big Bad Wolf: The Wolf's Revenge being right next door to Das Festhaus, this is some perfect synergy to attempt something like this for the 50th that would be the perfect ribbon on top.

I can't believe it either. Entwined was a giant waste of money in all of its versions. If "This Is Oktoberfest!" is coming back for the 50th anniversary, I would love to see the stage get a redesign that matches the beer hall look of Das Festhaus better.

March has arrived, and still no word or rumor about whether or not "OktoberZest" will remain for 2025, or if "This Is Oktoberfest" will justifiably replace it.
