Police arrested a Northern Virginia man Tuesday accused of groping a woman against her will in a pool at the Kings Dominion theme park in northern Hanover County. Ibarm K. Mehanni, 20 of Sterling, was charged with sexual battery, according to Sgt. Chris R. Whitley of the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office. The charge is a Class 1 misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail. He is scheduled for a hearing in Hanover General District Court on Tuesday.
