New sign for summer evening stuff?

I appologize if this has been discussed. I saw this sign this weekend. Anyone know what will be going here or what this means?

ETA: this is in the area if the old cabanas and animal habitats, behind the first aid building

I know its a different type of ice cream but putting it so close to the already existing one in France seems like a questionable call. On the other hand the spott is not being used for anything at the moment and is near All for One and the kid friendly pet show so maybe its not that bad of a location.

It seriously looks like a huge house in that area. I wonder what they are going to do with it in the coming weeks, and if it will still look like the old French kiosk.

If they repaint it with earthier colors to look a little more "woodsy," I think it would make for a nice cottage that would fit appropriately into the Wild Reserve. It didn't actually seem so intrusive in person.
