Permits filed towards the end of last year have interesting wording, I don’t think this is the one that was already built.

They just did a significant refurb to the entrance at Busch Gardens Tampa so maybe something similar is happening here?

I do think some semblance of a "wow factor" is needed for the entrance of the park from the parking lots/Tram Stop. I have fond memories of the ticket booths from when I was a kid, but that was 30+ years back, which I think shows it's time for a reimagining which I hope relies heavily on lush landscaping and some ornate, detailed walkways.

But knowing the beloved Sea World franchise, it could be little more than Coke ads, ferns, and the kind of stuff you see at a 2000's Mini-Golf course.

I'm reading this as the entrance sign from the highway. That said, with all the wonky pathway issues going on in that area of the park it would make sense if they redid the entire area off the heels of pipeline.
