Beginning April 17th and running through September 15th, 2014, a new after hours options is coming to Epcot. Immediately following Illuminations, four dining/lounge locations in the World Showcase will remain open until 11 p.m. as part of the "Epcot After Hours Wind Down" separately ticketed event.

For $35 (plus tax & gratuity), guests can choose one of the following: La Cava del Tequila at the Mexico Pavilion; Spice Road Table in the Morocco Pavilion; Tutto Gusto in the Italy Pavilion, or Rose & Crown Pub in the United Kingdom Pavilion. At each location, the guest will receive one beverage and have access to small plates/small bites. Additional beverages can be purchased.

Reservations can be made ahead of time (and are suggested).

The announcement on the Disney Parks blog:

Seems like a nice event for those looking to do something special after hours to do at Epcot. The price isn't that outrageous. And beats shuffling out with the other thousands of guests - we normally hang back and stroll slowly while taking pictures to avoid the rush anyways.

Had a chance to talk with a source over dinner at EPCOT in the last week. This program was enacted to try and get some bottom line padding to make up for what MM+ is not bringing in. The new Star Wars VIP package for SW weekends is essentially the same reason, but with a MUCH higher pricing point.
