So I saw this story on WDWNT, but the sourcing seemed super sketchy (some TikToker claiming to have seen permits). So, I went digging. I haven't seen permits yet, but I have seen proof that the project is currently in development.
Disney dumped a ton of things on the table recently, I think they saw that fact that they were going to lose controll of certain things and by "starting" them they will be grandfathered....I mean they have plans for what two more theme parks and a water park too but I wouldnt hold my breath on those anytime soon.
