Anybody know why BG makes it so difficult to buy multiple pass-holder-discounted items online for each pass holder in your family? For example, with my family of 6 (all who have Platinum passes), I have to log in SIX times (with barcodes) to buy discounted Christmas Town Passes for all six. It doesn't allow you to buy more than one for each account EVEN though each account lists ALL the passes in my family. Is there some secret way to switch between pass holders when I'm logged into my account?

I would definitely like to see that capability improved. In addition, my youngest (who is now 6) is not in my main account (that lists me and the other 4)... since I didn't buy his Platinum pass until we really needed to... a number of years after I had bought the others. So, it would also be nice to merge accounts. But I've been told from a BG employee a while back... that the only way to do so, is to remove his account and add a NEW account to my current list... which means paying whatever the newer monthly rate is for Platinum.

Thoughts?

I have to agree with this. It an issue when trying to redeem multiples of any member perks. I've sent several at SEAS emails on this same topic over the years. Guess they really just need more people to request the same feature to get their attention .

I gripe about this every year. Come on, it's 2017 (nearly), surely the technology exists. Small gripe, but it would make my life so much easier...

Interestingly, when I called in September of this year to make our annual Discovery Cove reservations (there's no way to get the pass member discount without booking over the phone), I only had to give one bar code, so clearly they can see that multiple passes are connected to one family.

Sure they can. Tech is there as you log into your acct online you can see all the APs linked to your acct yet you can't redeem all at once. It's like it's a half completed project or something. Makes no sense.

I agree, this is a very annoying issue. It takes at least 10 minutes just to print two bring a friend ticket. You have to log in under each pass, confirm billing info even though there is no charge....not easy at all.
