Why is that there was a whole 3 minute version of "Feel The Darkness Rise" and we only ever heard like 30 seconds of it until Christmas Town was over.
Busch Gardens Tampa was the only park that really took the song and ran with it. They always set up the front area of their park as if it is a scare zone and show combination. The entire three minute version of the song was played at the front of the park, while creatures danced around the cursed logo. After the song was over, they used the victim scare approach by pretending to grab actors dressed as park patrons.

Was Apollo's lift music actually 5 and a half minutes long? The version on iTunes was that long and I've only ever heard the 1:00 to 1:45 part actually being played on the lift.
My guess is that the music was only used around the time when they first started promoting the ride. They may have also used it on opening day. I believe Gary Lensenmayer wrote the music. Unfortunately, he was one of the key people that the park chain recently laid off. I think it is a very beautiful musical piece, and I would love to hear more of it played in the area. However, with this new ride on the way, I don't think we will see much more promotion for Apollo's Chariot.
At this point, I wouldn't have any idea about who to contact in regards to the music. When I mentioned the Christmas Town music, I was talking about original music such as Scrooge No More. Also, the park records a few songs that are now public domain, therefore that shouldn't be an issue. Their music is currently being distributed by a company called Catapult. However, since the park sends them the music, I doubt they would be able to take any requests. Again, I would love to have all of the music if it was possible. That's why it still baffles me that they laid off their long-time music director. It is almost as if they handpicked all of my favorite people left at the park.
