I found an overhead shot on my phone of the area Manta sits on before Manta, but also you can see some of the track pieces laying on site waiting to be built:

I’m pretty sure that particular soundtrack is only for SeaWorld San Diego’s version of the ride. The Orlando version only uses movie soundtracks.

Funny enough, some of the music that SWO used for Manta was also used for Europe In The Air’s queue line, such as “The Game Is Afoot.”

This person posted Orlando’s queue music on YouTube.

Luckily for you, I am in the middle of recreating Manta in Planet Coaster, and found out that the music comes from a commercial from opening year

The part used on the lift is from the beginning to around 27 seconds

Since I'm not in SWO's marketing region, that's my first look at that commercial - it's pretty awesome.
 
Apparently SeaWorld told the media prior to park opening that Manta would be loading every row. However they indeed are loading every other row like the other coasters.
