There's two sides to every story, so I'd be really curious if there was any video of the encounter to either prove Lynn behaved as he said, or if there was a logical explanation that explained the guard's behavior (perhaps some other long-standing issue was the actual reason, or the company was simply looking for a way to cut costs again and the fabricated story gave them an out).

Security at BGW/WCUSA has a history of banning people for little to no reason.

It sounds like a similar case but this seems different enough - it's a staff vs. contractor issue instead of staff vs. guest.

If I understand correctly, guests are fully subject to any/all arbitrary rulings about entry, removal, and/or banishment from the park as stated on each ticket in some form or other as basically a legally enforceable contract.

However, contractors are only subject to terms of their contracts - since I'm not privy to what's in there, I can only guess that it wouldn't be so one-sided for the park that they can arbitrarily banish a contractor for an alleged minor infraction that doesn't violate written rules (perhaps the cursing part may, but the bike part doesn't?) without at least hard evidence available for contractor review. Otherwise, if it were that bad, I doubt too many contractors would be willing to work there at all.

Therefore, I'm really curious to see what actual evidence exists, or if there's going to be any legal challenges to the park's decision.

Of course, it could be the contract is with the company Lynn works for, and his boss referenced in the story made the decision instead of the park so the show goes on with a different performer and there's no contract issue at all.
