This looks like a new build, yeah? Sorta exciting just based on that alone. Feels like most every other recent addition I can think of has been replacement, not expansion.

On the contrary, the concept art in the background clearly shows Hard Rock on the right, water right behind, and the IOA Port of Entry Lighthouse. I would hazard a guess and say the location across from BigFire or Margaritaville is more likely. But I have heard Rising Star/Preview Center as well, so not out of the question.

This makes a ton more sense to me unfortunately. Probably more safe to assume the concept art is wrong than for this to be a new build, huh?

In addition, the concept art shows it on the waterfront on the lower level across from Big Fire & Margaritaville (between Lone Palm and where the stage is). Its an open area right now.

If they would've announced this before anyone at another location was notified about closing, would've been a big woof!

Gives me hope that there's still room on the other side for something down the line. I know there were abandoned plans for a building in the "palm tree court" area (across from the current Universal store) at one time. Although, maybe they don't want to block a view of their new coaster?

Yes, confirmed new build-- across from Margaritaville and Big Fire. I thought it was Cowfish replacement at first since the building is a similar shape, but this is all new and the first new/non-replacement to come to CityWalk in a while now.

I wonder if citywalk hollywood will get a new country bar like this if this does well, I mean, It can fill the void left by saddle ranch chophouse removal in 2018 and citywalk hollywood has room for it (the old comedy club, howl at the moon or wizardz sites would be perfect for it)
