We are very much hoping what our eyes saw is accurate. The three of us loved this space and we have all worked in restaurants before so it looked right. Please, if we are wrong correct us though!

If you really want to overpay for fresh fries, I'd recommend the Cajun Fries ad 5 Guys. They're better than Les Frires, and for most people, they're much more conveniently accessed, And you can get an entire sack of them for the same price!

I’m not sure what Les Frites uses to fry everything. But I know that Five Guys uses peanut oil, which many people are allergic to.

My understanding from generally reliable sources and personal observation is that the precut fry situation was do to a temporary supply issue as of last week they appeared to be back to hand cut.

Question, I’ve noticed the last few times I’ve been to the park that Les Frites has been closed. Does it typically close with F&W? Or am I missing something?

Answering here since it appears to accidentally have been placed in the wrong location. They keep it closed to use the culinary employees foer the booths and main restaurants.

Yeah, the French Quarter F&W booth uses the Les Frites kitchen, so Les Frites is usually closed as a result.
