Unless you are seeing something, I'm not, I think they mean that LEGOLAND Annual Passholders get discounted rounds. If you click through, the golf is an upcharge being offered by LEGOLAND Windsor.

Maybe I’m just reading it wrong then. My first thought when I see the Pass Holder is that it’s for the pass.
