From my findings on the public record, LEGOLAND California is currently undertaking two minor construction projects ahead of the 2024 season: a renovation of their Fun Town performance area and the addition of a new restroom facility.
Site plans showing the before and after states of this project are included below.

Fun Town Stage Renovation
This project involves the addition of a new audio/visual/green room building (roughly 204 square feet), a new press box (roughly 56 square feet), a new shade structure, new bleachers, and new landscaping.Site plans showing the before and after states of this project are included below.
Garden Restroom Replacement
Plans call for the demolition of the existing garden restroom facilities and the construction of a new, 1,736 square foot restroom building. The new building contains men's and women's facilities, two family restrooms with changing areas, a janitorial room, and a covered, exterior sink area. I haven't found site plans for this project yet and am not sure where exactly the garden restrooms are located within LEGOLAND California.
