Rumor Lego Technic area closing (??)

i have heard from multiple people that the area is very much on the chopping block. they want to get rid of the flats and coaster but leave some of imagination station. ill edit this thread to a project post when permits and more concrete rumors drop but this is just what ive heard.

are we finally getting the lego factory dark ride?

my current spec is coaster and dark ride. it seems likely we'll get the dueling coaster as i heard it could be speed champs themed
