Legacy Cedar Fair Park Surveys

I have not received this survey myself yet, but I saw that multiple pass holders in a Facebook group have received a survey from KD about possible shows and park events. @Zachary had mentioned this in a thread about a possible Pear Festival at CGA, so I wanted to make a thread with all of the shows and events being asked about through the chain. Here are some screenshots I’ve seen from passholder pages. I’m very intrigued by the Water parade and the Noche Latina event!

Feel free to add what you’ve seen.

It also looks as if the park is trying to add 3 or 4 events next summer and have a rotating calendar.

The event does seem like a natural replacement for Grand Carnivale if the park were to get rid of it.

Canada's Wonderland has a diving show similar to what is shown in the survey. CW also did rotating acts in an outdoor amphitheater during the summer. Three or four acts, each running 2-3 weeks. When one show finished its run, they would rotate out and the next act would rotate in.

As far as the shows themselves, KD had All Wheel Sports show for several years; so, I personally am not interested in that one. Lumberjack and thrill circus shows seems interesting. Also, the Chinese acrobats and bubble show seem unusual and something I have never seen. Dog show is something KD did once before, for limited time (a month?) one season. Not against that show possibly coming back.

Now, it comes down to show venues. The park could definately re-open the Peanut's Showplace to house the rotating shows. But, a couple of them could be in the KD theater for the summer. I really wish the park would bring back a nice song & dance review show there; but, Cedar Fair has drifted away from that type entertainment it seems. Some of those short term rotating shows might be better suited for an indoor theater (Chinese Acrobats and the Bubble show for example). At least the theater would be used during the summer for an AC break.

As far as the special events go, I am up for any of them
