Kings Dominion 2014 Season Passes now on Sale

I noticed that Kings Dominion's web site is now offering the 2014 Season Passes for sale. You can buy them online or at the park when it is open to the public. [Starting Labor Day Weekend I assume].

The current prices are only valid though October 27th. (Last day of operations for the 2013 season). In my past experience, this is the LOWEST price you will find for the new years season pass.

Gold Season Pass: $81 or Nine payments of $9
Platinum Season Pass: Regular - $180 or Nine payments of $20
Jr/Sr - $118 or Nine payments of $13
[3+ age and under 48" or 62+ years]

Note: NO Sliver Season Pass offered for 2014 at this time.

Silver pass doesn't usually go on sale until after October 27th. Also I will love it when KD STOPS raising the pass prices. Last year it was $76 at this time.

Early birds get the worm. Those that wait until Memorial Day Weekend to purchase a season pass get hosed. Welcome to the ugly side of current day marketing ploys.

Come to think of it, Gold season pass prices have creeped up by $5 over the last 2-3 seasons.

Platinum Pass went up in price, too. Used to be two different parks and it paid for itself, now it's three.
