I know it seems like this is ridiculous, but it maybe is like the old McDonalds suit that people made fun of about the coffee being way too hot and when it was spilled they suffered burns. In that case the person (can't remember who now) suffered pretty serious burns. It was ludicrous for the coffee to be that hot. So if this is a similar situation where the cheese was made so hot that it caused actual serious burns, then there's merit in the suit.
