Is paid express park entry coming here?

I just saw this on Sea World's website.  SeaWorld Orlando Express Park Entry.  After seeing all of the reports on facebook about the lack of staffing for park tickets this weekend, I wonder if this could be coming up here.  I was shocked by the photos of the lines to get tickets at the park this weekend.

In my opinion, this is something that the park should not be charging for.

maybe it's just me, but I've never had a long wait to get into sea world. Tampa seems to get backed up in the morning a lot though.

I heard there was an internet/computer problem with more than half the ticket booths.
