News Impacts of the EPR/Enchanted Deal on Valleyfair

It appears that in all the chaos surrounding the sale, all the other parks got an "impacts" thread except VF... so I figured I'd make one.

Maybe they'll finally finish repainting Wild Thing!

Apologies for the double post, but I think this is worth sharing - a dear friend of mine is at the park today and cannot stop raving about the ops. They've got six total ops on Wild Thing, as seen below - four on platform, one at the panel, and one at each end of the line. Two trains and dispatches are 45-50 SECONDS. Same applies to Renegade - 4 on the platform, 50 second dispatches. He also says it's the first time in ~8 years he's seen all three towers of Power Tower running. Xcal is on 1 train, which is understandable, and has 4 ops total - panel, line and 2 on the platform. He went so far as to say "it doesn't even feel like the same park"!

Can confirm, when I visited in May the Wild Thing ops were absolutely COOKING. Renegade was on one train so I'm glad to hear things have picked up

Personally, I welcome our new Enchanted overlords. If their financials are stable enough they can operate any park they like!
