Most likely this means decorations only.
That means they'd actually have to decorate the park. Because in recent years... It's been lacking.

Honestly if it's decorations only, that's fine. I'm sure they could prolly take some props out of houses (not like a wall or something) to make the decorations fuller.

I still want a fall food festival in hos's place though. I want my pumpkin and apple treats.

This year would be the third operating season for BFE. Do you all think that it being about 2 years old would call for it to be out of operation for HOS to allow for a house again?

The shows make HOS for us. A walk thru decorations attraction? Meh, we decorate the inside of our house better than BGW does the park. These days anyway.

BGW owns the two warehouses over there. One is the ENNIS and the other is the WISE. The ENNIS warehouse stores the over-sized game prizes stock. The WISE warehouse stores most of, if not all of Entertainment's special events items.

But as @CastleOSullivan stated, that is there private property, regardless of if you do not see a sign, or an open gate, it is still trespassing. I do remember on the most extremely busy days, they have parked guests by the ENNIS warehouse and on the grass in front of the WISE warehouse.

It shouldn't be too hard to incorporate face masks into costumes for scare actors. I would expect at least 1 or 2 scare zones with socially distanced actors.

It actually would be a good opportunity to try to have a more mature event since they wouldn't have to worry about families staying past 5pm if they only open in the evening and have no kid attractions running.

Curious if F&B and merch sales would change and what direction if it became adults only (not thinking they'd actually do that or enforce it if they did)?

The easy solution there is to run Count Spooktacular from 11-3 and then Howl-O-Scream from 5-9.
