I still would love to have them release the Darkside oaf The Gardens song. I'm trying to get HOS Tampa too also since it's the same song for both parks.

I got some information form HOSInsider on Twitter, and today the copyright went through for The Darkside Of The Gardens theme song and will be posted on BGT's HOS Page this week for download.

Does anyone remember this show they played, it was like a haunted lighthouse?

The one that was in the Globe Theatre? The Haunted Lighthouse 3D?

I do; it was R.L. Stine's Haunted Lighthouse. From wikipedia:

R.L. Stine's Haunted Lighthouse is a short 4-D film. It debuted in several United States theme parks, including SeaWorld San Diego & SeaWorld San Antonio, in 2003, and stars Sara Paxton, Lea Thompson, Christopher Lloyd, Michael McKean, Matt Weinberg, and Bobby Edner. "Weird Al" Yankovic has a bit role. Supermodel Rachel Hunter shot a cameo, but was cut due to time constraints.

The film is an original story by R. L. Stine, and is directed by Joe Dante and written by Sam Hamm. The film lasts about 25 minutes.

The film has recently began shows at UK theme park Flamingo Land.

Shows formerly located at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Busch Gardens Europe were replaced by Pirates 4D in early 2006.

The film tells the story of two ghost children who are cursed to remain forever on a Cape Cod beach and in an 19th century era lighthouse. After 100 years, they meet two children vistiting the beach and take them to the lighthouse, hoping to turn them into ghosts like them.

The film was shot in 3D using a 5 perforation/70mm format.

The effects in the show include water/air jets and seats wired with special effects (buzzers, remote speakers, and other tactile elements. The ending features water cannons mounted under the screen which soak many people in the theater.

The film was created by Busch Entertainment Corporation and Lookout Entertainment. It is the first 3-D film featured at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

^ Truth. Like Peter said, he looked like a little kid in a candy store. Never thought I'd hear that analogy about Youhow and BGW's Howl-O-Scream.

Hopefully where the pumpkins ratings were on the map will be a warning in a large font.

And I'm sure they will continue the park wide announcements warning parents of the changeover at 6.

Like BGWfan said, I think this is an amazing move in the right direction for the event. The pumpkin ratings obviously never worked in the past and if anything, just encouraged parents to let their kids try out a 4 pumpkin house because their kids weren't afraid of Monster Stomp.

let 'em complain. I hope bgw adopts a told you so attitude this year. A good idea would be to do what hhn does and put a large warning on their front page about it not being suitable for younger children.

Anybody have any ideas what HoS specific food is going to be there? It was mentioned during the presentation.
