I'm curious to see what SeaWorld Parks has to say about what clearly looks to me to be trademark infringement...
It appears they used the name 10 years ago, the last time they had a Halloween event.

Don't freak out, but 'Halloscream' is coming back to Kentucky Kingdom this October
Kentucky Kingdom says it plans to host "Halloscream" events at the Louisville theme park this October in advance of Halloween 2019.
