I’ve never worked in a park but many of my family and friends did and some still do. I’ve heard more than my share of horror stories with nightmare guests. My friend worked GR at MK one year and this irate man went there to complain because he was upset that he got wet on, of all rides there.... Splash Mountain. And he had the nerve to request that they give him complimentary “dry” clothes from one of the gift shops! ??‍

I've had people ask for line skip passes for the rest of the day because the ride broke down while they were in line. It's crazy how entitled some guests can be.

“I waited in line earlier and it broke down, can’t you just let me on?”

“What do you mean my toddler is too short to ride, we’ve been waiting for hours! Can’t you just let them ride?”

And don’t even get me started on the death threats, fights, line jumpers, etc...I miss it. ?
