Golden Ticket awards are LAME!!!!

Ghostrider shouldn't even ranked on the woodie list yet it sits at #23 ahead of other great woodies like T-Express in Everland and the Coaster at Vancouver Playland!!!

When Millennium Force is displaced from the top 5 I MIGHT take them seriously. The way these are looking the only ones that are actually accurate are minor park related awards (nicest staff, cleanest park, best shows, best landscaping, etc.).

BGW's hos is in top 5 but BGT's isn't? this thing is a joke.

BGT didn't amp up their HoS to compete with Universal until a few years ago. I'm guessing that the members that vote in these awards have yet to experience it.

Is that way a Six Flags park beat Discovery Cove in the Marine Life park category? I'm sorry, but after seeing that, it's impossible for me to take anything these awards say into consideration.

It's because many of the voting members have not experienced Discovery Cove. The Discovery Cove experience is pricey and not a whole lot of people get to do that. If every GTA voter had the chance to visit the park then it would probably be at the top of the list.

Gee I wonder how the Disney fanboys are feeling right about now, too...

(Hint: SWP&E beat TDS in nearly every category)

I give that a pass. Not many have been there that would vote.

As a Disney fanboy, I can say Disney rarely wins any of the categories to begin with. Wild Eagle even beat out Radiator Springs Racers and Transformers as best new attraction of 2012.

Golden Tickets really are a joke IMO.

COUGH! Raging Bull as better than Maverick? Mverick as number 21?! Give. me. a. break.

Intrimidator got #7
i305 got #12
Top Thrill got #13
Goliath @ La Ronde placed
Skyrush only got #42...

...get me my gun.

Geez El Toro stealing the no. 1 spot from the Voyage after 5 years; that's pretty huge. Sadly, I cant judge since I've only ridden El Toro, but still it seems like in the past, no matter where you went, The Voyage was better than El Toro. Then again, this is the Golden Tickets...
