Sesame Place Texas: Closed in this article Anheuser Busch is stated to not sell the parks land hoping to find a use for the property, does anyone know more of what they might of used the site for ? , they eventually did sell it though
Given its by the airport and this is when Bud Light blew up and the tore down Busch Gardens LA for the Bud Light brewery expansion, I wonder if it was on hold to be a future brewery location in case they needed to expand more. (I am assuming all the apartments around that was their land too)
