Didnt read the article but have ordered by prime at various resorts. Most deluxe will deliver to your room. Values ive had to go pick it up. Also keep in mind that when it shows delivered on the amazon app or website means it was delivered to the central WDW mailroom then will take a few hours to get to your resort. Last summer we were at Pop and after a few days there we had a issue (tour groups) and were stitched to AKL. I had a package already ordered and with no action by me it found its was to me at AKL even though the delivery info had Pop.
