Litterally every single Mexican restaurant in southern and central VA have the AMAZING white sauce. Some have it in NOVA.

Very, very uncommon in every other state.

I know it's definitely all over Richmond, with some exceptions.

I didn't know it was a Virginia thing for a long time, since I grew up here.

I have zero issues with this. First of, they are advertising it as from this region. Secondly, from what I've read this has actually spread and has gone back to Mexico, which is kind of cool.
