This was from an average thunderstorm a couple years ago. It really suprises me they haven't done something to mitigate this over the years.

They have actually added a handful of drains to try to mitigate Lake Banbury from what I understand. This storm must have just overwhelmed the new drainage system.

Did you happen to notice if water was running into Union Jack's? That has been one of the biggest issues caused by Banbury's poor drainage previously.
