My first thought was a waterpark expansion. Beyond just adding more slides, they could add a bus loop and make it a proper "gate" (currently it's an upcharge). That way, you could sell tickets for the waterpark alone, or just make a shuttle directly to it from the front bus loop and resorts.

The other speculation is a B&M Family Wing, but I don't know if they would bury it in the back of the park. I was thinking about the trackless Factory dark ride that Legoland NY has too, but that may do better up front in the park.
