From what I understand the park president total compensation package typically comes to around 300k. This includes a company car and some living expenses covered by the company as well. It also includes stocks and other bonuses.
Can't comment on the company car thing but the park pays the cell phone bill for the majority of full-time associates and there's an annual "performance bonus" given out to certain high ranking employees within parks for meeting financial objectives, attendance, ridership, and other goals. A park president within Six Flags received a $3 million bonus for such performance back in 2015.
