A look on the www.bgwjobs.com site reveals three top jobs in Entertainment! Production Development Supervisor, Show Technology Supervisor, and Research Development Supervisor.

The fact the park is looking for someone to do research tells me the park is trying to help determine the direction of their entertainment.

True, but still, perhaps the park really is trying to get the right research done whether they have to fire or hire. Still, I think it shows they are doing something instead of just coming up with random ideas.
