Existing
States in the article the park will eventually be redeveloped, but due to how long it will take to develop the River Mile it's smarter to keep the park running for the near future.

There's still that looming risk that Elitch's days are numbered.
 
Elitch Gardens was my first theme park. I would be sad to see it go.

I would definitely mourn the incredible Meow Wolf Kaleidoscape, which I feel has no peer in the amusement industry.

After watching that video, I’m honestly shocked the a park like Elitch Gardens has such a good ride on their hands. That is incredibly awesome and unique

It's staying put for now however a move for the future is inevitable.

KSE (owners of the Los Angeles Rams, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids and Arsenal FC in London) just purchased the company (Revesco Properties) that was running the park two weeks ago and they have plans to create The River Mile District on the land where Elitch Gardens currently sits on.

The properties are part of the planned River Mile development.
