I would love to see BGW add something like this-- maybe as a Haunts of the Old Country attraction in place of the old simulator.

Just one more reason why Efteling may well be the best park in the world. You can even get a sense in that video of how the park’s designers revere the park as an art form as much as (if not more than) it is an entertainment commodity.

If you’ve been a longtime fan of BGW and miss the magic BGW used to have, and you find yourself in western Europe, you need to book a trip to Efteling.

Efteling is simply wonderful. It's a place where the ideas of magic, fantasy and imagination aren't just buzzwords but a sincere guiding philosophy.

This looks like the tilt a whirl on steroids that I never knew I wanted. TAWs are my favorite classic flat ride if I had to pick one, so I’m sure I would love this ride. Did anybody else notice that the platform drops? It’s something I just noticed today.

I got to visit Efteling this past weekend and while the entire park is fantastic, Danse Macabre is simply on another level. I’d struggle to name more than 5 dark rides anywhere else on the planet that I prefer over it. The effects, presentation, and choreography of the whole experience are just incredible and the ride system (which was designed specifically for this attraction) delivers on every level. And the ride is presented beautifully too, I initially didn’t realize it was only added last year because it feels like it’s been in that spot forever.

This park needs to be on the shortlist for anyone going to Europe with plans of visiting any theme parks

I was tempted to post this as an overall industry news story because if Efteling isn't an extreme case, and Titan Track starts failing like this, then.... yikes, it's not looking good for GCI and certainly isn't looking good for Skyline.

Joris is such a great set of coasters. Hope it gets fixed. I could see Efteling paying for a Python-esque full rebuild eventually. It's a huge part of the park at this point

Since this hasn't been posted here yet... but according to Looopings insiders, Efteling is in talks with Vekoma to add a Thrill Glider.

Seems like an odd fit for a park that prioritizes accessibility above all else. Though one of these with Efteling level theming sounds impeccable. Hopefully I’ll be over there shortly after this opens if it comes to fruition!

Hilarious how much European parks are outdoing us right now outside of Universal. I wish we had more theme park enthusiasts over here rather than straight coaster enthusiasts who just want massive B&Ms and RMCs on parking lots.

There’s room for both, I’m just mad Efteling is across the ocean from me
