The old Desert Grill/ Pantopia Grill food lines are getting a makeover! To my surprise, they've gutted the entire section, as shown in the tweet I posted. This permit was filed back when Falcon's Fury was being built. As I've heard, more big changes are coming as well.

I recently came across some files regarding the Pantopia Grill expansion & renovation at BGT. The files do confirm that the restaurant will be getting a food court style layout, similar to Expedition Café at SeaWorld Orlando. In addition, the restaurant will also receive brand new interior design components featuring a "Sun Burst" element on the ceiling of the building. According to my sources at the park, construction has begun and everything is currently on schedule for a projected early to mid summer 2015 re-opening.
