Disney Character + Marvel = ?

I Think Disney don't know what to do and use a Major IP to their ownership of Marvel. Yeah they cant use certain characters since UNI owns rights to Marvel but only the comic book and versions are exclusive to characters on the east coast and east of the Mississippi.
